Sue perkins and anna richardson dating
She’s hosted shows investigating everything from secret eating to sex education, but Anna Richardson is back for another series of Channel 4’s nude dating show, Naked Attraction.
And the 46-year-old promises it’s going to be “bigger, bolder and more entertaining.” Each week, Naked Attraction sees two contestants meet six potential dates, who are all completely naked.
“My Dad’s a vicar, my Mum’s an RE teacher so you would think ‘this isn’t going to go down very well’ but actually they were really, really open to the whole thing and they can see that I’m happy,” she said.
Richardson, before getting together with Perkins, was in an 18-year relationship with Charles Martin, a film director.
“As you know, a relationship with a woman is far more intense. It’s an emotional tsunami.” The 45-year-old graces the cover of Diva alongside the caption “being with a woman feels completely natural”.
Of being more open to relationships with women, after dating men, she said: “Do I think it takes a certain type of person to go, f**k it, I’m going to give it a go, regardless of what other people may think about it? “I feel extremely comfortable in the company of women.” But she did say some of her female friends have showed curiosity about going to bed with a woman, saying: “People become obsessed with sex and just want to know, ‘What is it you do in bed?
Richardson previously said that it feels “completely natural” to be with a woman, but also that it can be “far more intense” than dating men.Speaking at the Edinburgh TV Festival, she explained that she had agreed to have fertility tests in 2008 as part of Channel 4 series The Sex Education Show. However, when the doctor broke the news to her that she was 'completely infertile', she learnt that her director – who was pregnant – had already 'phoned the office' to tell them the results.'And she took me to one side and she said, 'I'm really sorry but you've got nothing. You're completely infertile'.'And the thing that I still cannot get over is that my director had phoned the office and told them before I had got the news that I couldn't have children.'Miss Richardson's distress can be seen on the programme, when fertility guru Zita West speaks to her.
